Outside events and catering
Over the years The Burghley Club, has catered for many outside functions and events. We can cater for many different functions, not just bar hire. We can also supply food catering, either in the style of a buffet, sit down dinner or from our very own burger stand.
For bar hire, we have our very own bar bus (seen above). Our bar bus is seven-meter's long, holding 12 hand-pumps, which serve real ales, lagers, bitters, ciders, wines, spirits and soft drinks. This is for outside events, festivals and functions with a large outdoor space.
Our pop-up bar, which can be used inside or outside, or we can turn these bar's into a beer tent which gives you and your guests the perfect cover. Our pop-up bar, is 2 eight meters long which can be pushed together to form a sixteen meter bar. Again, this bar holds multiple hand pumps which can be customised to your event or gathering for your guests needs. This bar can become a stillage for all your real ale drinking guests.
Our outside catering team, we pride ourselves for our food. Our outside food catering team, is our very talented military chef. We can cater for sit down multiple course dinners or functions, or a buffet. This can vary from 10 people up to 300+ dinners. From business meetings, to weddings and more.
Our food truck, this food van can cater for large outdoor events, including festivals and weddings. We cater to your needs and your guests. This can be anything from breakfast rolls at 6am, burgers at 12.30pm and pulled pork baps at 1am.
The 2 bars in which we offer, our bar bus and our pop-up bar are for hire for any type of event or function you have in mind. When booking either of these bars, we will connect with you to make sure we cater for all your needs. From which types of drinks you would like and would be popular at your event and number of guests. We hold full public liability insurance, personal licenced staff, SIA door supervisor staff. We will supply all alcohol, glass wear and TEN's notice if required.
For outside food catering, again this can be for something small to something large. A small gathering or an outside event. We will connect you with our chef and team to talk through all details, regarding your event, the guests, the food choices and the numbers.
